Admission Procedure

1. To be eligible for admission into the first year of Higher Secondary Course and Degree Course, a student has to pass H.S.L.C. Examination and H.S. Examination respectively.

2. Application for admission into the college should be made in the prescribed form issued by the college office alongwith the prospectus.

3. Admission into the college is made strictly in order of merit and is governed by the college rules. Admission committee's decision regarding admission is final.

4. Students form Board or University other than S.E.B.A.,A.H.S.E.C. And Gauhati University shall have to produce migration certificates at the time of admission.

5. The degree students who intend to take major in any subject shall have to apply stating college Roll No.,marks obtained in the subjects,aggregate marks etc. to the respective Head of the Department.

6. Students passing the qualifying examination earlier than the current year. Will have to submit a gap certificate form a Govt. Gazatted Officer testifying to his/her activities during the interim period.

7. Candidates are required to produce at the time of admission the original copies of: - Mark-sheet, Pass Certificate, Age Certificate , Casts Certificate, Two copies of recent pass port size photos.

8. Along with Application Form candidate has to submit attested photostate copy of Above mentioned certificates and marksheets. Otherwise their form will not be considered for admission.

9. A candidate must submit 'Guardian Declartion form' with guardian signature at the time of submission of application form. This form will be supplied along with application form.
